A few useful answers.
Can I keep my usual number?+
You can usually keep your main SIM for your number and use the travel eSIM for data. Your home carrier may charge for calls, SMS, and roaming. Check its terms and your phone’s settings.
Do I need Wi-Fi to install an eSIM?+
A reliable internet connection is generally needed to download the profile. Install before you leave when the plan’s activation policy allows it.
What if I cannot connect when I arrive?+
Check that your destination is covered, the plan is active, and the travel eSIM is selected for mobile data. Follow your provider’s roaming and network instructions. Do not delete the eSIM unless support tells you to.
Will every phone follow the same steps?+
No. eSIM support and menu labels vary by device, software version, and country of purchase. The instructions supplied with your live plan take priority.
