01What you buy

Each plan is a one-time, prepaid mobile data allowance for the destination and duration shown at checkout. Plans are data-only and do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.

Coverage, speeds and networks are provided by our network partners and can vary by location.

02Your device

You need an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Installation and reinstallation limits depend on the selected supplier and plan. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless support asks you to: it usually cannot be reinstalled.

03Validity

Check the selected plan’s activation trigger, installation deadline and expiry before purchase. Installation and first network connection can have different effects depending on the supplier.

04Fair use

Unlimited plans include a daily full-speed allowance, after which speeds are reduced as described on the plan page. Plans may not be used for illegal activity, resale or automated traffic.

05Payment

Prices are in US dollars and include the full amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

06Refunds

07Liability

Mobile service depends on local networks, terrain, device support and maintenance. Uninterrupted service cannot be promised. Any limitation of liability remains subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.

08Account and order access

Keep sign-in details and private order links confidential. Contact support if you believe someone else has gained access to your order.

09Document status

These terms are a working draft. The legal seller identity, address, governing jurisdiction, applicable taxes and final refund conditions must be confirmed before publication as binding sales terms.
